Creative Courage Writing Intensive — Self-Study
The self-study version of the Creative Courage Writing Intensive is perfect if you prefer to reflect and process on your own, move at your own pace, and create without the pressure of a group setting. You’ll receive all the workshop materials—recorded sessions, presentation slides, and homework guides with audio guidance—designed to support your growth in a flexible, accessible way. It’s a thoughtful path for those who value the content but don’t need live coaching to engage deeply with the work. Sliding scale pricing is available. See below for details.
When you register for the Creative Courage Writing Intensive Self-Study:
You receive a pre-work guide, and soon after, a welcome email from me.
There are six live sessions (four are instructional and two are for group coaching) that take place on every other Thursday from July 10 - September 18. Self-Study participants receive the six session videos, presentation slides, and homework guides on each Friday after the live sessions at 12 pm et.
In addition to the workshop materials, participants receive check-in emails from me on our off-weeks to offer encouragement and pep talks. You will have lifetime access to the videos and materials.
You have the option to join us for the showcase at the end of the intensive where everyone is welcome to share the personal narrative that they work on over the course of the intensive.
The key differences between standard Creative Courage participation and the Self-Study:
Self-Study participants do not attend the live sessions: the four instructional sessions or the two group coaching sessions.
Self-Study participants do not get the temporary Inner Story Writing Circle membership.
Standard Creative Courage participants are eligible to participate in future live cohorts of the program at no additional cost. This benefit is not included with the self-study version, which is designed as a standalone experience.
Refund Policy:
I pour a great deal of love, focus, and intention into creating this work, and I want to work with people who feel genuinely called to engage with the process. This program is designed for those who are ready to show up with openness, curiosity, and commitment. Because of the nature of the work and the resources provided, I’m not able to offer refunds unless I fail to deliver the promised services and materials. Please be sure it’s the right fit for you before enrolling. If you have questions or need help deciding, feel free to reach out.

This work is deeply important to me, and I know how supportive it is to anyone navigating a creative transition or seeking a deeper connection to their voice. The sliding scale is offered on an honor system—please choose the price point that reflects your current financial reality while also honoring the time, energy, and care that went into creating this program.
If you choose the sliding scale option, no questions will be asked, and you’ll receive the same self-study experience as everyone else. The only difference is a small logistical one—due to Squarespace limitations, I’ll need to manually send you the pre-work guide after you enroll. Look out for an email from me soon after you sign up.
